To say that big things have been happening here at Project Millennium over the past couple of months would be an understatement. During the third quarter of 2019, we welcomed old friends back to Houston, moved to an office space that is more conducive to our growth, and do our part to give back to our community. We believe that success is achieved when you continuously work to improve your skills and grow your worth. Our team lives by the quote, “the road to success comes through hard work, determination, and sacrifice.” We may have enjoyed our fair share of success lately, but this is only the beginning. Today, we are going to take a look back at Q3 as a way of motivating us to tackle the fourth quarter with unmatched drive and determination!
One of the greatest moments over the past few months was when our Manager, Dez, decided to come back home. After Hurricane Harvey, our client relocated Dez and his team to San Antonio while the city rebuilt. Two years later, they asked him to oversee operations back in the Bayou City, and we welcomed him, HR Manager, Salma, Assistant Manager, Braylon, and many more with open arms. Dez is an exemplary leader who has always been eager to share his knowledge and business habits with others. This is exactly what our market & company needs in order to continue to grow and have our biggest year yet in 2020.
Like we stated earlier, Houston is blossoming, and that means our team is flourishing as well. In order to keep up, we needed to relocate to an office space that was capable of handling a large team, that was in a prime location within Houston, and that has the resources needed to run a successful business. Luckily, we found the perfect spot! Investing in a new co-working office space was a wise business investment that we believe will allow us to see continued success over the upcoming years. As all great businesses do, we prioritize our team’s professional training & development, because we know that a happy team means happy clients and customers!
As you’ve probably guessed by our pride, Houston is our home. We love raising our families and building our business here. Houston has been so good to us, so we decided it was time that we were equally good back to her. Recently, we bonded together as a team and volunteered at the Houston Food Bank. Founded in 1982, the Houston Food Bank is a certified member of Feeding America, the nation’s food bank network, with a four-star rating from Charity Navigator. We wanted to say thank you to the community that has helped us and thought what better way to help than volunteering our time with this amazing organization?
Looking back, we had an amazing third quarter here at Project Millennium. We smashed records left and right, moved to a bigger, better office space, helped stop hunger, and welcomed Dez & team back to Houston with high expectations. Can it get any better than this? Our short answer is YES! These past few months have been spent tackling the habits we need to dominate our fourth quarter, and we didn’t hold back. Stay tuned, because we’re full steam ahead and your brand is our biggest project.
